Description:
Laura schemes to get the lead part in the school production over Naomi, a new Aboriginal student. But her triumph is short-lived. Her racial prejudice and selfishness become an issue when she finds that her dance instructor will be Clem, a wise old Aboriginal man. Her situation becomes even more desperate when her best friend, Carly, distances herself from Laura. The class clown, Jarrad, offers a solution to the problem and Clem's wisdom helps Laura to change her racist attitude and gain new understandings.
